Free estimate
Complete a short online form to tell us about your watch. Our watchmakers will get back to you with a free estimate.

Insured collection
If you're happy, book in for free insured collection. We'll send you a shipping label and jiffy bag so you can package your watch securely.

Agree quote
We'll do a full diagnostic in our workshop and share a final quote. If you don't wish to proceed we'll return your watch free of charge.

Pay on completion
Repairs can take 1-8 weeks (we'll let you know in advance). Once completed, you'll pay by card and we'll ship the watch back to you.
